You’ll always have a direct line to me for urgent needs. During daytime hours, I’ll respond as quickly as I can. If a message comes in overnight while I’m asleep, I’ll reach out first thing in the morning to make sure you’re taken care of. For routine or non-urgent questions, I’ll follow up during regular clinic hours so you get thoughtful, attentive care.
